Customer Supplied Antigen Standard Package: $900 (60 days)

• Three immunizations of two rabbits (New Zealand White - SPF)

• 5mL pre-immune serum per rabbit

• Two production bleeds (40-50mL antiserum) per rabbit

• ELISA on 1^st production bleed (if material provided)

Customer Supplied Antigen Affinity Purified Package: $1,550 (70 days)

• Everything included in Standard Customer Supplied Package above, plus:

• Affinity purification of 40-50mL antiserum

Material supplied for affinity column generation should be ~4mg and have free sulfhydryl or amine groups for coupling to the affinity matrix.

Some customers prefer to inject two peptides at once to increase the chances of producing a viable antibody. Please see below our recommended method for this practice.

Standard Rabbit Package (2 in 1): $1,900 (80 days)

• Antigen design/Bioinformatics

• Two 15-mer peptides, 10mg each at >85%

• 5mg uncoupled to customer, 2mg each coupled to KLH and combined, 1mg each for ELISA

• Mass Spec and HPLC trace each peptide

• Three immunizations of two rabbits (New Zealand White - SPF)

• 5mL pre-immune serum per rabbit

• Two production bleeds (40-50mL antiserum) per rabbit

• ELISA (each peptide) on 1^st production bleed

Affinity Purified Package (2 in 1): $2,500 (90 days)

• Everything included in Standard Package above, plus:

• Extra peptides for affinity column(s)

• Affinity purification of 40-50mL antiserum with mixed peptide column, or two separate columns (extra charge)

Splenectomy Package: $1,650 (80 days)

• 15-mer peptide, 10mg at >85%

• 5mg uncoupled to customer, 4mg coupled to KLH, 1mg for ELISA

• Mass Spec and HPLC trace

• Four immunizations of two rabbits (New Zealand White - SPF)

• 5mL pre-immune serum per rabbit

• 5mL test bleed per rabbit for evaluation

• ELISA on test bleed

• Splenectomy of one rabbit

• Spleen shipped on media of your choice (RPMI or Iscoves /- anti-bacterial agents)
