Standard Guinea Pig Package: $1,850 (90 days)

• Antigen design/Bioinformatics

• 15-mer peptide, 9mg at >85%

• 5mg uncoupled to customer, 3mg coupled to KLH, 1mg for ELISA

• Mass Spec and HPLC trace

• Five immunizations of two guinea pigs (Hartley)

• 1mL pre-immune serum per guinea pig

• Day 49 test bleed

• ELISA on test bleed

• Exsanguination (15mL/guinea pig terminal bleed)

Affinity Purified Guinea Pig Package: $2,550 (105 days)

• Everything in the Standard Package, plus:

• Extra peptide for affinity column

• Affinity purification of exsanguinations (30mL antiserum)

Note: Additional guinea pigs can be added to any package for $450 each.

Customer Supplied Antigen Standard Guinea Pig Package: $1,450 (70 days)

• Five immunizations of two guinea pigs (Hartley)

• 1mL pre-immune serum per guinea pig

• Day 49 test bleed

• ELISA on test bleed

• Exsanguination (15mL/guinea pig terminal bleed)

Customer Supplied Antigen Affinity Purified Guinea Pig Package: $2,150 (85 days)

• Everything included in Standard Customer Supplied Package above, plus:

• Affinity purification of 40-50mL antiserum

Material supplied for affinity column generation should be ~4mg and have free sulfhydryl or amine groups for coupling to the affinity matrix.
