Peptide Arrays

NEP's proprietary peptide array platform offers customers a rapid, cost-effective way to synthesize 96 different peptides. Array peptides are unbound and delivered in 96 individual tubes, in a 96-well plate format. Each plate is individually tested for accuracy and can be used for epitope mapping, peptide libraries, protein characterization and much more. We offer up to 20-mer peptides at 2.5um scale. We also offer 4 tiers of analysis and delivery is only 3-4 weeks. Using this format, peptides cost as little as $29 each!

  • 96 crude peptides per plate in 96 individual tubes in 96-well plate format
  • 2.5umol scale (2.0mg average for a 10 amino acid peptide)
  • Optimized for sequences up to 15 amino acids in length, average 75% purity
  • Optimized chemistries
  • No cross contamination
  • 3-4 week delivery
  • Statistically significant QC of each individual plate
  • Biotin and Fluorescein available

Now Introducing FLASHPURE™ Peptide Arrays

Unique to New England Peptide, FlashPure™ Peptide Arrays are purified using NEP’s proprietary purification process to remove all non-peptide contaminants. These contaminants can result in false negatives and positives as well as poor solubility of the peptides in some cellular assays.

FlashPure™ Peptide Arrays offer:

  • Improved peptide solubility
  • Improved reproducibility
  • Improved reliability of results
  • Less unpredicatable effects due to hydrophobic contaminants and salts

FlashPure™ Peptide Arrays are available for just $5 more per peptide or $500/plate.

Four Analysis Options:

Tier One

Mass Spec of 5 peptides

Tier Two

Mass Spec of every peptide

Tier Two Plus

Mass Spec of every peptide PLUS HPLC of 5 peptides

Tier Three

Mass Spec and HPLC of every peptide

Please note: Peptide Arrays are for High Throughput Screening, and peptide purities may vary from 50-95%. NEP recommends 15 amino acids or less. NEP discourages the request of very hydrophobic peptides, since yields may be very low. NEP also requires c-terminal prolines to be amidated. NEP does not guarantee the purity or success of any one peptide on an array plate.
