Peptide Arrays

In order to satisfy the growing requirements of peptide research across the globe, New England Peptide has designed a Peptide Array program. We have developed a rapid, economical way to synthesize 96 different peptides, unbound, in 96 individual tubes, in 96-well plate format. Each plate is individually tested for accuracy and can be used for epitope mapping, peptide libraries, protein characterization and much more. We offer up to 15-mer peptides at 2.5um scale. We also offer 3 tiers of analysis and delivery is only 2 weeks. Using this format, peptides cost as little as $28 each!

Please note: Peptide Arrays are for High Throughput Screening, and peptide purities may vary from 50-95%. NEP recommends 15 amino acids or less. NEP discourages the request of very hydrophobic peptides, since yields may be very low. NEP also requires c-terminal prolines to be amidated. NEP does not guarantee the purity or success of any one peptide on an array plate.
