Title:
Inside Sales Representative (Immediate Opening)
Reporting To:
Inside Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers and qualify as fit for NEP services
- Collect valuable customer information
- Smoothly transition qualified leads to sales team
- Document findings accurately in database
- Professionally promote NEP and its service offering
- Other responsibilities that arise through ordinary course of business
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communications skills and phone presence
- Desire and capacity to place large volumes of outbound calls each day
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Competent in a variety of software programs, including but not limited to enterprise resource
planning (ERP) systems, MS Excel, Outlook, Word
- BA or BS in Chemistry or Biology preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
