Title:

Project Manager / Customer Service Specialist

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

New England Peptide, LLC is seeking an experienced professional to join our Project Management Team. Our Project Management team is responsible for all customer communication during the production process. This dynamic person will be expected to serve as a seamless liaison between production, the customer and our sales team.

  • Plan and manage project timelines and resources.
  • Communicate regular, timely project updates directly to customers, internal staff and sales team.
  • Manage many scientifically complex projects in parallel while maintaining best-in-class customer experience.
  • Manage project changes and interventions.

     

 

Qualifications:

  • Passion for delivering world class customer service in scientific environment.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (writing examples will be required).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • 2+ years of scientific research or production experience preferred with peptide and/or antibody experience and knowledge is preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in a technical project management or customer service role.
  • Degree in the sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent).
